At OrderToB we believe so, and we are evolving towards incorporating hybrid product recommendation models and, based on real orders, offering the possibility of starting to anticipate and generate intelligent recommendations.
We loved seeing the work of Victoria Camila Volman Martinez (IE Business School), who explored this concept in his Data & Business Analytics capstone by developing Orbit-AI, a model that generates product recommendations for customers of companies that have already adopted OrderToB.
🧠Behind these systems are hybrid models that apply machine learning and combine multiple variables such as historical behavior, purchasing patterns and demographics among customers, similarity between products, etc.
At OrderToB we see the application of different Artificial Intelligence technologies as the key to the evolution of B2B commerce.
